DESCRIPTION
Unit dedicated to covering the different requirements with respect to supplies and the contracting of services arising from the activity of the Institute.
SERVICES
- Personalised advice and information for in-house personnel as regards the application of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP), transposing to the Spanish legal system Directives 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/UE of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 February 2014.
- Analysis of each case with a view to establishing the appropriate contracting procedure.
- Management and processing of public contract dossiers by means of bidding or the corresponding procedure in each case.
- Drawing up of the necessary documentation for each contract dossier.
- Publication of calls for bids on the Basque Public Procurement Platform and subsequent processing of the dossiers until their conclusion.
- Administrative processing of exports and imports with the Ministry of Health, Consumer Affairs and Social Welfare.
- Processing of export and import requests at the electronic office of the Ministry of Health, Consumer Affairs and Social Welfare and their corresponding monitoring.
